Rural deliveries typically add 1–2 business days to standard timeframes.

All our products are sent with photo delivery and Authority to Leave in case you might not be around at the time of delivery. Please note, for deliveries to apartments, the delivery will be made to the front door of your building or lobby.

While we don’t offer delivery to Chatham / Steward Island, we can arrange shipping to locations like Auckland airport to drop of the product for further courier need.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer delivery on a specific date. Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed within the next 24 hours and handed over to our delivery partners. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we’re not able to guarantee a particular delivery day.
