Free Standard Shipping*
Free standard delivery applies to small to medium size items, and is available to most locations across New Zealand.
Bulky Fee
A $19 bulky fee applies to some larger items.
Rural Delivery
A $30 shipping fee per item applies to rural addresses, as identified by NZ Post rural postcodes.
Auckland Pick Up
Pick up is available from our Onehunga, Auckland warehouse between 2pm–4pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Orders placed before 10:30am will be ready for same-day pick up. Orders placed after 10:30am will be available the next working day.
Delivery Time Frame
All orders are shipped the next working day. Delivery times vary depending on item size and location.
Estimated delivery time frame:
- North Island: 2–4 working days
- South Island: 3–5 working days
+ 1 – 2 working days for rural addresses
