Easy arrival, install etc. only complaint would be it’s softer than I expected. Very comfy but I was hoping for a firmer feel. Nothing wrong with it tho!

I was having problems with the softness of the foam and Richard was amazing (my lower back was the problem it's actually a comfortable mattress but I would say on the soft side). While returns aren't possible he was absolutely fantastic in helping me choose another mattress with huge discount.

We brought this mattress for my little ones new montessori style floor bed and it had been great. My little one definitely prefers a plush sleeping surface and has slept better in their new bed compared to the cot and I put it down to the mattress 100%. Its also comfortable enough for me to sleep on happily when needed.
