Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping applies to small to medium-sized items and is charged per item, based on your delivery region:
- Auckland: Free
- North Island (excluding Auckland): $9 per item
- Christchurch: $12 per item
- South Island (excluding Christchurch): $19 per item
Bulky Delivery
Bulky Delivery applies to some larger items and is charged per bulky item:
- Auckland: $19 per item
- North Island (excluding Auckland): $28 per item
- Christchurch: $31 per item
- South Island (excluding Christchurch): $38 per item
If your order includes a bulky item, any other items in the same order are still charged at the Standard Shipping rate for your region.
Rural Delivery
For rural addresses, delivery costs $30 per standard item or $49 per bulky item. Rural postcodes can be found in the NZ Post delivery directory.
Auckland Pick Up
Pick up is available from our Onehunga, Auckland warehouse between 2pm–4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 10:30am will be ready for same-day pick up. Orders placed after 10:30am will be available the next working day.
Delivery Time Frame
All products are dispatched from Auckland. Shipping normally takes up to 5 business days, depending on your location and the size of your product. Please refer to the product page for specific delivery estimates.
Rural deliveries typically take an additional 1–2 business days. Some rural areas are serviced less frequently, so delivery may take longer. Once you receive your tracking information, please contact the courier directly for the most accurate delivery timeframe.
Shipping timeframes are estimates. Delivery may take longer due to transport disruptions, including severe weather, road closures, ferry delays or courier network delays.
